Frequently Asked Questions

We are committed to transparency. Below you will find answers to frequently asked questions about our services, our process, and how we safeguard your rights.

First, we verify your eligibility to get your record cleaned. We then move fast by filing the Petition for Expungement, the document necessary to get your case in front of a judge. Lastly, we fight to get the District Attorney’s Office to agree to our request in order to expedite the process for you. Once the judge signs the Petition for Expungement, the judge’s order is then served on every law enforcement agency that may have a record of your arrest. Your record will then be clean and you can legally deny you were even arrested.

The total cost is $1,950, which includes $1,500 for legal fees and $450 in court costs and processing fees. Legal fees are refundable if we do not succeed in getting your record cleaned. Court costs and processing fees are not imposed by us and may vary slightly by county. They are non-refundable.
